Sir, —I, the undorsigned, respectfully venture to suggest that An view of the disastrous bad luck to v tho Navy, the dastardly success of 'the. German submarines, that it is l possible .they will; bo again successful; that it.is probable some of tho German ships will got out. and we will have' more Eiuden6, and these shores bombarded.
