The Shaw-S&vill mail steamer MamaTi, which has replaced the Athenic in the London Wellington direct service for a trip or two, will leave Wellington for Lyttelton on December 9. She wall complete discharge at tho latter port, and will proceed .thence to Tiniaru to commence loading. Subsequently visits will be paid to Napier,' Gisborne, and Auckland for the eamc purpose. The MamaTl is scheduled to leave the lastmentioned port for Wellington on Monday, December 28, arriving here on the following Wednesday. Departure will be taken for London from this port on January 4, instead of December 31 as time-tabled. KIA ORA'S MOVEMENTS. An arrival at Auckland from St. John (Canada), via way ports, on Saturday was the Shaw-SavlU liner Kia Ora. She is running under the auspices of the New Zealand Shipping Company, and la duo at Wellington on December 13. Commencing with Saturday, December 19, the Takapuna will maintain the NapierGisborne" ferry service till about January 7. Somo 35,750 cases will , be landed at Auckland. A cablegram hag been received by the local office of the F. and S. Line stating that their steamer Westmeath was diepatched from Liverpool for Now Zealand ports on December 3. She is due at Auckland towards the end of January, and at Wellington a few days later. Subsequently the Westmeath will proceed on to Lyttelton and Dunedin. The steamer Borderdale has been fixed to leave Montreal on December 25 for Australian and New Zealand ports.
