Several hundred have been captured is small batolies. GERMAN "NEWS" FOR 'AFRICA. (Reo. December 7, 1.25 a.m.) Pretoria, December 6. Official—The Germans in South-West Africa are disseminating news to the troops to the effect that the Russian Floefc has been destroyed off Kronstadt, that there was a great battle of Heligoland, and the Germans destroyed five British battleships, also that the Emden is blockading the Suez Canal.
