APPEALS UPHELD. (By ■■■ Telezraph Vrt" Atmaelnt.lim.i Dunedin, December 3. At a meeting of the Dunedin District Committee to-night appeals lodged by J. J. Morrell.owncr of Pretty Jane, and W, Robinson, jockey, who was disqualified for three months on the ground of interference in the Glenkinick Handicap at the last Tapanni meeting, were heard. It was unanimously resolved to uphold both appeals, and tho committee expressed the opinion that the inquiry had been very irregularly conducted. LADY LADDO SCRATCHED. (By TelegraDt' AfxwJation.)
