Boleyn), the famous actress .Miss Fanny Brough niece of the late William Brough, author and dramatist, and of Lionel Brough, the actor, and a. sister of the late Robert Brough, actor and manager of the Bijou Theatre; made her first appearance under the late Charles Calvert at Manchester, in' 1869; a finished comedienne, and a distinguished member of a distinguished family; took a warm interest in tho improvement of the conditions of life of. her sister actresses, and was president of the Theatrical.
