The "Times," in a leader, says:— "The German 235 million war loan lias already been nearly exhausted, and it is understood that the .Reichstag has asked for a further credit voto of 250 millions. No fresh loan will bo attempted. . The British war loan will keep the Government in funds until July, and no difficulty will lie raised when another loan is wanted."
