. INJURED TROOPER. .. Trooper Hart, from the Trentham Military Camp, met with injuries in the city on Saturday night, and was admitted to the Wellington Hospital with his right arm broken. DEATH AT THE OHIRO HOME. . Robert Jamieson, 60 years of age, died suddenly at the Ohiro Home on Saturday. It is understood' that Dr. Fy.ffe is" prepared to give a . certificate as to: thecouse of death,, and that an inquest: will not. be. necessary. INQUEST TO BE HELD. . An inquest is' to be held at the Magistrate's Court at 4 o'clock to-morrow afternoon, in connection with the ". sudden death of. William George Smith,- an elderly resident of' Karori, who is believed to have succumbed' to heart trouble. THE DEADLY PEA-RIFLE. ; Blenheim, November 28. . William Chandler, a butcfrer, aged 35, waa.gettuig through a fenco, at Renwicktown, with a pea-rifle, when the weapon accidentally discharged, and tho bullet entered his temple. Death was instantaneous. He. leaves a widow and three children. A LITTLE GIRL KILLED. . ■Palmerston N., November 28. The five-year-old daughter. of - Mrs. Collis, of-To Awe Awe Street, was thrown from a trap on .Saturday afternoon through the horse bolting.
