SUNDAY SCHOOL CONCERT.
At tho Congregational Church ou Friday evening the second and last concert iu aid of tho Ladies' Guild aud London Missionary Societies was given. There was a largo attendance.. The concert opened with a pianoforte duet Riven by Misses Connio Remington aiid Myra Clegg. Other contributors to the programme were: —Eon Hassells (song), Nellie Teague and Wilfred Lewis (recitations). A Japanese play, entitled "Cherry Blossoms," was played, and the solo part of the play was sung by Mrs. J. Remington. Tho feature of the act' was the. scenery. The girls well deserved tho 'applause they received.' A comedy dialogue, entitled "Women's Rights," was also given, and this dialogue caused much laughter. The concluding item on the programme was a tableaux representing the Allies. At tile conclusion of tho concert the Rev. A; E. Hun thanked Mr. and Mrs. J. Remington, the scholars, Mr. Reynolds, amd 'Mrs. Stepheuson for having made the'concert a'pronounced success.
