PUNJABIS CARRY A STRONG POSITION (Rec. November 27, 11.55 p.m.) London, November 27. Official.—A sharp action look place at Longido, near the East African frontier, when the Punjabis brilliantly carried a strong position. The British lost ten Europeans killed and nine wounded. The German losses wero 36, Europeans and 84 natives. The enemy' nowhere secured a foothold in British East Africa.
