SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for stormy weather, high westerly winda, ohanginj: to southerly probably by to-morrow evening. Expect cloudy and unsettled conditions, with. rain generally, enow on higher levels, and a cold snap following soon. Barometer falling, but likely to rise fast to-morrow night. The barometer has fallen low in tho south, and Kloomy weather, with rain, has been experienced in man}' parts o£ tho country, and northerly'and westerly winds have increased to-day. D. 0. BATES.
