At the Wanganui Collegiate School on Thursday evening last, Mr! C. W. Palmer, of the Navy League, gavo an address on 'the Navy, illustrated by some 80 lantern slides. The boys of Mr. Atkinson's Prcpartory School were also present, and great enthusiasm was shown.
