ORGAN RECITAL

Owing to the many requests the city organist has received to repeat some of the items on last Saturday's programme also works on previous programmes, a special recital will be given this evening, containing some of the most interesting pieces that have been played lately. There will be two works by Cesar Franck, "The Fantasia" and "The Piece Heroique," which will afford an opportunity to those persons who were unable to attend to hear these beautiful pieces. Glazounov's Prelude in Fugue is Tbound to be an attraction to the musicvloving public, as at Mr. Pago's previous recital a demand was made for a repetition each time it was played. The Prelude; "Tristan and Isolde," "intermezzo, from Orchestral Suite (Tchaikovsky), "Harmonies ' du .Soir" (Karg Elort) make up the remainder of the programme, which should attract a largo audience to the Town Hall. Tho recital will open with Chopin's "Funeral March," which is being played in memory of that great General, Earl Roberts, K.G.
