... London, November 19. 'A' British' officer reports that lie saw thousands of German dead stripped indicating a shortage of uniforms. Many of the wounded had been driven insane. The Germans were roping the dead together and dispatching them to blast furnaces to be cremated. ./ SOFT-NOSED BULLETS. PROOF THAT GERMANS USE THEM London, November 19.
