EX-SOLICITOR'S ESTATE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Timaru, November 17. At a moeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Walter Shaw, ex-solici-tor, the Official Assignee submitted a report and statement of accounts. The proved debts amounted to £51,867. Since the middle of 1913 £1908 had been received and £1729 expended, and solicitors fees, which would probably, bo £450, not yet paid. There is £19-10 probably realisable, but much of it willtake many years to collect, and other debts more doubtful amount to £3200. Tho solicitor thought that by careful management le. in the £ could be saved. ■' The meeting resolved that the remaining assets be 6old if. possible. ..
