PLEAD GUILTY TO STEALING WHISKY. (By Telegraph.—Piess Association.) . Dunedin, November 16. George Alexander' Black, railway en-Kine-driver, and William W. Kirkwood, fireman, were charged at the Police Court with theft at Stirling of four bottles of .whisky, the property of the Government.
