AUTHORITIES' ADVISE THEM TO LEAVE. (Rec. Noveinbor 13, 10.5 p.m.) London, November 13. Renter's Amsterdam correspondent reports that the German authorities again recommend English womon and children, girls under seventeen, doctors, and other men over fifty-five to kayo Germany. They may choose any train until November 20, after which tbey will be transported in parties on certain days.
