FOR THE DISTRESSED BELGIANS. After Mr. Fletcher's, meeting in the Concort Chamber last night a. note was .handed up to,the chairman asking permission on behalf of a little girl, Joyce Carman, to sell a doll in aid of \the Belgian Relief Fund.
