The Baptist Sunday School anniversary was celebrated on Sunday and the proceedings will continue with a tea and public meeting 011 Wednesday night. The children have resolved to donate their prize money to the Belgian relief fund,. . A pig, donated by Mr. H. Hunt, Rongotea, was auctioned at Mr. Harry Palmer's - mart on Saturday and realised £18 14s. for the Belgian fund. The "Standard" lias closed its Hunt-' ly Relief Fund at £77 3s. 3d. A pretty ceremony rook place at All Saints' Church on Sunday when about a thousand children from l the various local Anglican Sunday Schools held their annual 'floral festival there and subsequently all the children joined hands ■round outside o£ the building to perforin t!ho custom called "clipping the, church" and singing a hymn. . - ;
