This morning Mr. liyan,, Honorary Education Commissioner, of Adelaide, who is visiting the Dominion, spent three or four hours at the Boys' Training Farm at He stated it was the most up-to-date institution of the kind in methods of government that' he had seen in the Southern Homisphero. The system at the farm was the correct answer to. one .of the worlds most pressing problems. With such an institution the Dominion people should be satisfied that it will be well, with the children. .
