Tie, Dutch trawler Pahdero reports that. its " nets, fouled .the German submarine.U9 off the Helder (on the Dutch coast, separated from the island of Texel by the West Gat), damaging the propelloK The Pandero cut the nets. It _ is believed that the submarine is drifting. . , ■ (Rec. November 3, 0.40 a.m.) Rotterdam, November 2. The trawlerreports that she was suddenly drawn along' by an invisible force, and almost capsied. Presently U9 came' to the surface entangled in the net. The . captain of the trawler hailed, but there was no response from the submarine, which fired a rocket, and disappeared after the nets- were cut. ■ • •
