COURT OF APLEAL
Mr. M. Myers, on. behalf of plaintiffs in the case of the Ridd Company v. the Simplex Milking Machine Company, moved in the Court of Appeal on Saturday morning for provisional leave to appeal to the Privy Council against the Court's decision in the action named.'
