On July 30 the rate was raiEcd to 4 per oent., on July, 31 it was raised to B per cent, and on August 1 it was further advanced to 10 per cent. • On August 6 the rate rae reduced to 6 per cent., on August 7. it was further reduced to 5 por cent. , , at which rate it .now stands.
