I- Tho competition is for the Wellington >• banner, which goes to the team that '. gains tho-highest aggregate in both d physical drill and marching competie tions. The winner'of tho marching part of this competition gots tho Marching i) Cup, and the .first three teams _ are s- awarded points, 5, 3, and 1 respectively, !- which count for tho Crawford Efficiency e Oup.' The Wellington Banner is at prei- sent held by the Kosencath Troop.e The troop's that have entered for the !- competitions, with tho names of the o officers and the colours of the scarves, ;. are as follow:--Rosoncath (Scoutmaster s W. Smith, black scarves); Kelburn e (District Commander, E. Lawson, brown o scarves'); St. Thomas's, two teams i- (Scoutmasters C. Sherwood and B: 8011, n dark blue scarves); Mornington (Scouty master M'Ginnity, green scarves); St. y Paul's (Sergeant-Major Donkiri, black i- and white scarves). it Lieutenant Duffy will officiate as o judgo.
