' Lot 1 comprises approximately 901 acres and 10 perolies and Lot 2 approximately 638 aores and 24 perches. The two Lots are adjoining, and are situate about 2 miles from the Te Horo Railway Station, on the Main County Road, and aro at present in the occupation of Mr. P. A. Gillies. The above lands comprise a laTge area of excellent sheep country consisting of good terrace land and grassed sandhills. There are valuable flax swamps on the property producing a quantity of milling flax. A considerable area of Lot 2 is suitable for dairying. Tenders will be received for the lease for the term of eight years of eitner Lot separately, or for both. Lots together. Tenders must state the highest amount of rent per annum that will be paid for | each Lot.
