— * ' A POST-DATED CHARGE. ' (By Telegraph —Press Association.) Dunedin, October 29. After having' successfully avoided detection for nearly two years, Ah Chung, appeared in the Police Court this morn-' ing, charged with, in December, 1912, haying in his possession opium in a form which might be made suitable for smoking. Ho was arrested at that time, and appeared in Court, but the case was adjourned, and accused disappeared. Ho was arrested at Wellington three days ago. Accused was iiued £2. - ;
