CONTRABAND OIL
WARNING} TO SHIPPERS. (Rec. October 23, 11.40 p.m.) Washington, October 27. Sir Edward Grey (British • Foreign Minister) lias notified America that Britain possessed proof that much 'American oil, -useful for aircraft and submarines, has been exported' to neutrals and re-exported to belligerents. Sir Edward Grey warns shippers that thip's papers must show that the shipments are destined for neutrals.
