TROUBLE OVER WOOL PRICES
'ALLEGED EXPLOITATION, (Reo. October 27, 6 p.m.) London, October 26. Trouble is arising' in tbe wool trad» because it is contended that the .price of wool has been unduly inflated. The Government has prohibited the oxportiitions of certain classes, and this has led to exporters having large quantities of materials held up in port.. Use is being made of this to mulct the trade in .such serious advances in prices that the trade object to these wools leaving the country. They urge that the Government should, in order to tirerant the taxpayers being further imposed upon, seize the wool tops, that-re held up and fix a minimum price, liko food- ' stuffs.—("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Servioes.)
