The Germans crossed the Yser between Nieuport and Dixmude. The enemy's attacks westward and southward of Lille were repulsed. "The enemy has suffered very grave losses in northern France and on the coast of .Belgium. Fifteen hundred German corpses were found in one limited area. The Germans who crossed the Yser have not progressed further. They have sustained considerable losses during the last few days. GERMANS REOCCUPY ROULERS ALLIES GAIN GROUND AT NIEUPOET. (Rec.
