STOEES, DOCKS, AND MACHINERY DESTROYED. Paris, October 26. As it was found impossible to clear the cold stores at Antwerp, Belgian engineers destroyed the refrigerating machinery, leaving hundreds of thousands of carcasses to putrefy. The engiueers also sank lighters loaded with grain, blow up the lock c,ites nt tho entrance to tho docks, nnil destroyed army stores worth £4,000,000.
