Lot 1 comprises approximately 904 acres and 10 perches and Lot' 2 approximately 638 acres and 24 perches. The two Lots are adjoining, and are situate about 2 miles from the Tβ Horo Railway Station, on the Main County Road, and are at present in the occupation of Mr. P. A. Gillies. The above lands comprise a. lajge area of excellent Sheen country consisting of good terrace land and grassed sandhills. There are valuable flax swamps on tho property producing a quantity of milling flax. A considerable area of Lot 2 is suitable for dairying. Tenders will be received for the lease for tho term of eight years of eitner Lot separately, or for both. Lots together.
