The Hon. H, D. BELL gave notice thjat he would at a subsequent sitting introduce a. Municipal Corporatiqns Amendment Bill, and a Road ■ Boards Amendment Bill. \
The Local Railways Bill was read a third time, and passed. The Council rose at" 4.15 p.m.
