AUSTRIA DISPATCHES SAILORS
London, October 19. "The Times'" 'Athens correspondent states that Germany, recently sent Turkey a 1 million in gold. Consignments of heavy guns continue to be sent. Eight hundred Austrian sailors and workmen have arrived at ■ Constantinople for service on Turkish,"warships, and at' the ports. _ Reuter'a Agency states that, in replying .to British representations, Turkey has refused to discharge the Germans on the cruisers Goeben and Breslau. / London, October 19. Router's Constantinople /correspondent says the Porte has repeatedly assured Britain that she, ( would repatriatriate the German sailors, but it is now evident tliat Turkey is''unable to dispense with them even if she so desired.

RUMANIA' BLOCKS MUNITIONS FOR TURKEY. (Reo. October 21, 0.5 a.m.) ' . Rome, October 20. A freight train of 150 trucks, loaded with artillery, ammunition, and war material from Germany to Turkey, has been seized at Giurgevo, on the Rumanian frontier. Similar trains freely traversed Rumania prior to King Carol's death.
