GERMAN METHODS IN BELGIUM. (Rec. October 19, 5.50 p.m.) London, October 18. Some British marines who were in the retreat from Antwerp relate that they nalted at a house vacated by -wealthy Germans. Tlio inmates, who were apparently caretakers, before departing spread a. whito coat on the lawn. Shortly afterwards an aeroplano dropped shells,- killing three marines who wore sitting near the coat.—("Times" and Sydney. "Sun" Services.),
