DUTCH ESTIMATE OF AUSTROGERMAN LOSSES. London, October 16. A Dutchman who was recently in Berlin, writing to an English friend, statos that the authorities in Germany estimate tho total losses m France and Belgium at 700,000 killed, wounded, or missing, in addition to 150,000 m East Prussia and Galicia. No official lists have yet .been published concerning tho Bavarian, Saxon, Hanoverian, and Wurtcmburg troops. The Austrian losses exceed half a million. _■
