SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for mode-rate to strong westerly winds, changing by south to south-easterly. Dull and misty weather generally, and colder in tho south, with rain following in moet parte of tho country. The barometer has a falling tendency in the northern districts, but is likely to rise in tho south. A small squall area, passed ia the south early this morning, and conditions havo boon cloudy and niioty at times. Drizzling rain lm.s fallen at a few places, especially in tho south, and the weather ha 3 been generally changeable. Westerly winds moderate to strong in force have predominated.
