HPENDERS in writing, addressed to Mr. 1 Horton Bright, Iti Street, Otaki, will be received up to 12 o'clock noon of the second day of Novembe-r, 1914, for the lease of two Sections of farm land at Tβ Horo, called Lots 1 and 2. Lot 1 comprises approximately 904 acres and 10 perches and Lot 2 approximately 638 acres and 24 perches. _ The two Lots are adjoining, and are situate about 2 miles from the Tβ Horo Railway Station. on the Main County Road, and are at g resent in the occupation of Mr. P. A. iliies. The above lands comprise a laree area of excellent sheep country consisting of ' good terrace land and grassed sandhills. There are valuable flax swamps on the Property producing a quantity of milling ax.

A considerable area of Lot 2 is suitable for dairying. Tenders Trill bo received for the iease for the term of eight years of either Lot separately, or for 'both. Lot 3 together. Tenders must state the highest amount of rent per annum that will be paid for each Lot. If a-tender is received and accepted for both. Lots together, possession cau ■be given on 18th November, 1914, from which date the term of tho lease will run. If a tender is received and accepted for any one of the Lots singly, possession will be given on, and the term of the lease toII run from, 18th December, 19U, but the successful tenderer may previously enter on to his Lot for the purpose of erecting-fences or doing other improvements on the land.
