HPENDERS in writing, addressed to Mr. 1 Horton Bright, Iti Street, Otaki, will be received up to 12 o'clock noon of the second day of Novembe-r, 1914, for the lease of two Sections of farm land at Tβ Horo, called Lots 1 and 2. Lot 1 comprises approximately 904 acres and 10 perches and Lot 2 approximately 638 acres and 24 perches. _ The two Lots are adjoining, and are situate about 2 miles from the Tβ Horo Railway Station. on the Main County Road, and are at g resent in the occupation of Mr. P. A. iliies. The above lands comprise a laree area of excellent sheep country consisting of ' good terrace land and grassed sandhills. There are valuable flax swamps on the Property producing a quantity of milling ax.

Tenders must state the highest amount of rent per annum that will be paid for each Lot. If a-tender is received and accepted for both.
