TO BE BROUGHT UP TO 100,000 ; ■'• . MEN Ottawa, October 13. The Canadian-Overseas Forces are to be brought up to 100,000 men. Commenting on this decision; the "Daily Star" says:—"As resruiting in Great Britain proceeds the menace of the w-ar isinore recognised in Canada."
