CHARGE AGAINST A TROOPER
WITHDRAWN WITHOUT , PREJU- ',,,.. DICE. ' , At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M. Thomas Manger, a member of the Expeditionary Force, appeared on remand charged with tho theft of a tailor's shears, valued at £1, the property of the Government. On the application of Inspector'Hendrey the charge against him was withdrawn without prejudice, and he was handed over to the military authorities to .be dealt with.
