Mr. Hattrick declares that Germany's internal resources are such that she will be' able to carry on the war for a couple of .yearß at least. Farm work is being carried on by boysand women. The rye crop has been garnered and is . exceptionally- 'good, and wheat and oats promised well. The bottling up of tho fleet made no matter as far as the internal food supply was concerned.
