BRITISH AIR RAID

THE ATTACK ON DUSSELDORF (Rec. October 11, 10.30 a.m.) London, October 9. The Admiralty announces that Squadlou Commander Spenser D. A. Gray, with Lieutenant S. V. Sippe and Reginald L. G. Marix dropped bombs from a height of 600 ft. on tho 'Zeppelin sheds at Dusseldorf. A great jet of gas flame arose from the sheds. The three officers aro safe, but tho aeroplanes were lost. The Hague, October 9. A German communique admits that an aviator dropped a bomb on an airship shed at Dusseldorf and demolished frlio cover of an airship.
