NEW ZEALAND CONTINGENT
LONDON CORPS GOES INTO CAMP. (Reo. October 8, 10.30 p.m.) London, October 7. The _ New Zealand contingent haa gone into oamp on Salisbury Plain. The New Zealand High Commissioner, the Hon. T. Mackenzie, and Lord Plunkot farewelled the men. There,was an enthusiastic scene in Victoria Street. The contingent comprises a fine body of men, taany of whom are wearing South African medals. (Reo. October 8, 6. 25 p.m.) London, October 7. The New Zealand war contingent fund amounts to £4300.' Mr. and Mrs. George Beetham, of Masterton, having no 6ons to send to the war, are presenting the New Zealanders with a motor ambulance.— ("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.) (Rec.
