v GERMANS SHORT OP FOOD. (Rec. October 8, 9.6 p.m.) Peking, October 7. The Germans in Tsi-nau-fu (PTsingtau) aro in a serious plight through lack of food. Many Chinese have been caught acting as German spies.
Tsi-nau-fu is the capital of a Chinese province, and lies 150 miles to the east of the German territory at Kiaochau.
