A SUSPICIOUS CARGO
NEUTRAL SHIP WITH HIDDEN OIL FUEL' (Reo. October 7.10.20 p.m.) London, October 6. The "Scotsman" reports that Customs officials on searching an innocent looking neutral vessel entering a port in ' Scotland, discovered large stores of oil fuel hidden under rope coils! It is believed the vessel was engaged in supplying oil fuel to the German submarines operating in the North Sea.
