GERMAN ADMIRAL IN COM. MAND OF THE FLEET

Rome, October 4. It is reported that v an Irade has been issued' at Constantinople appointing a German Admiral . (Admiral Suhon) to the command of the Turkish fleet, together with thirty German commanders. Since April, 19i2, the Turkish Navy has been in course of reorganisation under Bear-Admiral A. H. Limpus, of the British Navy, who, with a 6taff of officers, was lent by the Admiralty to undertake the 'work. The Admiralty also approved of certain naval pensioner ratings being lent for 6ervice under the Turkish Government.
