Last week's play in ttio Working Men's Club's annual draughts tourney resulted as follows:—Burgess 4 v. 0. Reid 0, Jones 2 v. Hudson 2, Milesi 4 v. "Wright 0, and Manson 4 v. Coulter •0. The best tallies to dato are as follow.—Enclcson. 38 wins, 6 losses; J. Reid, 40—16 (complete); Burgess, 35} —121: Hudson, 2Gi—2s*; Manson. 24} —11}; Wallace, 25—10; and C. Reid, 20 —;16. Those figures do not necessarily indicate the probable winners of tlio five prizes, as 'the handicap is by points, which will remain sealed until the final round is disposed of. Erickson, the club champion, has still to meet W. H. Smith, Coulter, and Manson.
