GERMAN MARCH.TO PARIS. London, October 1. . A German commandant's letter has been found. It says: "AVo are marchins gloriously and irresistibly on Paris. We would have preferred resistance and entering Paris as conquerors, instead of a mero parade, but French valour decreed otherwise. In a week's time wo will h& drinking beer on the boulevards." A French bullet brought the commandant's march to an abrupt endine.
