*— THE BELMONT FATALITY. The inquest into the death of James Kilniinster who' died as the result of injuries received through being knocked down by a train at Belmont, on Tuesday last, was concluded by Mr. D. 6. A. Cooper, S.M., on Saturday morning. Formal evidence was taken as to the identification of the body and the coroner returned a verdict of "accidental death." He added that no blame was attachable- to anyone and that, everything possible had been done to avert \he accident. HEART FAILURE. At an inquest held by Mr. D..G. A. Cooper S.M., on Saturday, into the death of Captain Thomas North who died suddenly on Thursday last, the coroner returned a verdict to the effect that death was due to heart failure.
