HERETUNGA BOATING CLUB
At the-annual-meeting of the Here-ta-unga Boating Society held 'on Friday evening, Commodore M'Donald presiding, -tlio balance-sheet showed the club's funds to be sound, and the following officers were elected-for the ensuing year: President, Mr. T. M. Wilford, M.P.; commodore, Mr.' A. M'Donald; vicecommodore, Mr. A. Aldred; rear-com-modore, Mr. A. Bittlo; secretary, Mr. E. Hartley; assistant-secretary, Mr. T. Greenfield; treasurer, Mr. J. M'Dougall; committee, Messrs. R. and W. Jenkins, T. Stutter, D. Fraser, W. Taylor; handicapper, Mr. E. Trcgear; delegates to tlio Wellington and Petono Motor-boat Association, Commodore M'Donald and Vice-Commodore Aldred.
