Prince Ranjitsinhji has placed his resources at tho disposal of the Empire, and has promised to maintain a thousand men, two hundred horses, and fifteen motor-cars. Prince Ranjitsinhji is the Maharajah Jaw Saheb of Nawangar, having succeeded his cousin in 1906. "He rules over a population of about 350,000. A CONCOCTED MANIFESTO. (Rec.
