MASTERTON SESSIONS
(By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent.) i Masterton, September 24.' . A settlement was arrived at by agreement in a case heard iii the Sxipreme Court, in which Kairama Pirihira, of Dannevirke, claimed £300, value of a m6tor-car, from Thomas" Asher, of Greytown. . The Court was occupied to-day m the hearing of an appeal against a docision of Mr. L. G. Reid, S.M., in a case m iv'hich the Massey-Harris Company had recovered from G. H. Galyer,. of Feathorston, possession of farm implement, which had been purchased : from one Tiiyard, to whom it had been sold on the hiro system. ; His Honour reserved decision.
